Group Tennis Clinics, Jr Performance Program and Junior Tennis League FAQ’s

We conduct classes in a room if it rains, multi-purpose room or the covered benches/tables area (depending on availability). However there is a chance we cannot get protection for the children. In the case of bad weather, We send you email on that day and also call.

We regret to inform that we do not offer any make-ups or refunds for these days.

Wear tennis shoes (no black soles) & sports outfit (NO jeans).

Bring a tennis racket & bottle of water to class.

1 instructor per 7 students for the following programs:
Mommy, Daddy & Me Tennis (Ages 2.5-4) , Pee Wee Tennis (Ages 4-5) , Mini Aces Tennis (Ages 6-8), Teen Tennis Stars (Ages 9-14) and  Jr Performance

1 instructor per 8 students for the following programs: Adult Tennis, Junior Tennis League.

We generally recommend 2 methods when choosing rackets:

1. Based on age group:

  • 19 inch racket for ages 3 and under
  • 21 inch racket for ages 3 to 4
  • 23 inch racket for ages 4 to 5
  • 25 inch racket for ages 6 to 7
  • 26 inch racket for ages 8 to 10

2. Another way to find-out the right size is if you have your child hold their arm outstretched and parallel to the ground.
Place a racket in his/her fingertips. The racket should barely touch the ground. Please note this is not precise method.

Unfortunately, the student must attend the classes/days they have registered initially.

This is due to administrative and scheduling reasons.

All cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the first meeting of the program.

If you cancel your program within:

2 or more weeks prior to the starting date: 75% refund
1-2 weeks prior to the starting date: 50% refund
24 hours or less than 1 week prior to the starting date: 25% refund
Less than 24 hours prior to the starting date: all fees will be forfeited.

If the participant has a medical condition cancellation will be handled on an individual basis depending on the situation. A medical note will be required for our review.
An administration fee of $40 apply may apply to your cancellation requests.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the starting date of the program,

Otherwise fees will be forfeited. You will have a credit on your account that you can use at your disposal for future program.

The credit will be valid for four (4) months and it is transferable to other students.
An administration fee of $30 apply to all rescheduling requests.

Special sale or offer purchase such as Cyber Monday Sale, Black Friday Sale, Early Bird discounts, or any other discounted offers are not eligible for refund or cancellation. ( Any next level class or upgrade in classes will be counted as fresh purchase without any discount)

Private Tennis Lessons FAQ’s

Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the lesson’s start time in order to be eligible for a make up lesson. All class cancellations should be done via email or phone.

Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible to be made up, credited, or refunded.

Rescheduling must be done 1 week prior to the starting date of the private tennis lesson: no rescheduling fee.

The Package of Five (5) 1-hour Lessons is valid for 40 days from the purchase date and the Package of Ten (10) 1-hour Lessons is valid for 80 days from the purchase date. Failure to use the private lessons by the stated time frames will result in forfeiting the remaining private lessons

Summer Tennis Camp FAQ’s

By rule, our ratio is 1:7. However, in most cases we have an incredible ratio instructor to camper of 1:5 or less.

This enables our counselors to give individual instruction in a group setting where students have a better chance
of improving their tennis skills.

There will be a make-up assigned. All parents will be notified accordingly via email or phone. If it is impossible to do a make-up, a credit will be issued to your account (it can be used for any other future programs).

If you cancel your camp within:

  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the first meeting of the program.

If you cancel your program within:2 or more weeks prior to the starting date: 75% refund

What happens if I want to reschedulemy camp?.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the starting date of the camp.

If you like to reschedule your camp for some other week:

  • 3-5 weeks prior to the starting date of the camp: $30 rescheduling fee
  • 1-2 weeks prior to the starting date of the camp: $60 rescheduling fee
  • 24 hours or less than 1 week prior to the starting date of the camp: $80 rescheduling fee

“Siblings” discounts: Sign-up your second child and save 10% off the camp fee.
The discount is valid for every additional child registered (e.g. 3rd, 4th).
