How to Purchase and Schedule Two Clinics Per Week

Please note: this pricing option (2 clinics/week) must be used during the same month and is valid for one student only.

Ready to start scheduling your clinics? It’s easy once you’ve set up your account. Simply choose the Group Tennis Clinics tab. Here you’ll find all of our offerings along with the dates of the classes and the times those classes are offered.

You can search the course by scrolling down the page, choose the drop down menu for instructor or choose the little calendar icon to search by date. Select the course you’re interested in. Each course listed offers a full description as well as the ages for which it is appropriate. Once you find the one you’d like to enroll in or you’d like to enroll your child in, hit the green “Sign Up Now” button. That will take you to a screen that will help you make a reservation.

Verify that you’ve chosen the correct clinic, then choose whether you’d like to enroll yourself or one of the family members listed on your account.

Choose the appropriate button (Enroll Ronald Chan for example) and you will be taken to the screen below (figure 3): Click on (2) Two Clinics Per Week

The (2) Two Clinics Per Week option will automatically be added to your shopping cart (figure 4). Take a quick look at the details, then type in any promo codes you have.

Once you’re happy with the details , click the green Check Out button. You’ll be taken to our Billing Information page (figure 5). At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of your order, followed by a spot to enter your credit card details or your gift card. Please provide us with a contact email so we can send you a receipt and let you know if there are any problems with your order.

When you’re ready, click the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the page. You can see 4 meetings scheduled/booked (once a week attendance), so you have to schedule/book the remaining 4 meetings. Select Book this Service (in the red square on figure 6). You should receive two emails: first email is the purchase receipt and the second email is a enrollment confirmation (for your first 4 meetings).

Now you are ready to book the remaining 4 clinics. Search for the same month clinic by starting date (see calendar in the red box below). Scroll down to find your desired clinic and click on Sign Up Now!

Choose the appropriate button (Enroll Ronald Chan) and your booking for the remaining 4 meetings will be completed. (Figure 8).

An enrollment confirmation will be sent to the email on file. (Figure 9)
