Parents of Palo Alto area: planning your child’s summer just got a whole lot easier our summer tennis camps! Our camps are aimed at tennis players of every level between the ages of 6 and 14 and offer a fun-filled experience for all.

WWhat is Tennis Camp?

Our Palo Alto area (held in Los Altos) Tennis Camps offer daily instruction and huge amounts of fun for children in the Los Altos, Mountain View, Stanford and Portola Valley area. With an aim to develop each camper into the best tennis player they can be, our coaches focus on the teaching the fundamentals of the sport in a way that is exciting and enjoyable for kids. The tennis camp runs at the Blach Intermediate School Map

Whether your child has never held a racket or is already competing in matches, our coaches will help to improve their game and instill a passion for this exciting sport. Our instructor to camper ratio never drops below 1:6 and campers will be grouped with others of a similar age and playing ability to ensure each day presents an exciting challenge for everyone.

At Euro School of Tennis, we have seen the impact that a sport such as tennis can have on children of all ages. Tennis increases agility, stamina and coordination and can teach important life lessons such as leadership and responsibility. Each summer, our Palo Alto area tennis camps inspire children to get involved with the sport of tennis and show them just how much fun tennis can be!

Ways to save: Euro School of Tennis offers early camper, multiple week and sibling discounts! Save money by signing up early or by signing your tennis champ up for a 3 or 6 week session. If you’re sending more than one camper to join in the fun, take 10% off the camp fee! Contact us if you need any more information.

What will my Tennis Camper do every day?

09:30-10:30am
(Morning)  or 1:30pm – 2:30pm  (Afternoon Half day camps) Stroke of the day. Our focus on the first day will be the forehand stroke, for example.
10:30-10:45am
(Morning)  or 2:30pm – 2:45pm  (Afternoon Half day camps) Time to refuel and rehydrate with a snack and water break.
10:45-11:00am
(Morning)  or 2:45pm – 3:00pm  (Afternoon Half day camps) Agility drills for one and all, let’s keep those feet moving!
11:00-11:10am
(Morning)  or 3:00pm – 3:10pm  (Afternoon Half day camps)   Ready to race? Team relay games are up next.
11:10-11:15am
(Morning)  or 3:10pm – 3:15pm  (Afternoon Half day camps) Head to the hydration station for a quick drinks break.
11:15-11:50am
(Morning)  or 3:15pm – 3:50pm  (Afternoon Half day camps)  Time for tennis games! All games focus on the stroke of the day and aim to progress campers to the next level using skills learned earlier in the day.
11:50-12:00pm
(Morning)  or 3:50pm – 4:00pm  (Afternoon Half day camps)  Clean up & wind down: Time to clean up the courts, stretch our muscles and recap the great morning full of tennis fun.

Refuel & rehydrate with a nutritious packed lunch brought from home.

Time to get ready for pick up. We like to send every camper home with a smile on their face and a love for tennis in their hearts.

For those staying later, get ready for even more fun with our after camp care available until 6:00pm

At Euro School of Tennis, we have learned that children are better learners when they are engaged and having a good time. For this reason, our coaches add elements of fun to each and every lesson whilst never losing focus on the importance of hard work both on and off the court.

We conduct classes in a room if it rains, multi-purpose room or the covered benches/tables area (depending on availability). However there is a chance we cannot get protection for the children. In the case of bad weather, We send you email on that day and also call.

Wear tennis shoes (no black soles) & sports outfit (NO jeans). Bring a tennis racket & bottle of water to class.
