Private, Semi-Private & Group Tennis Lessons (Ages 3&Up)

“I took a break from tennis for about a year and I was nervous about restarting. However, Coach Alex worked with me very well and the one-on-one attention really helped me improve at a fast rate. He is able to focus on my weaknesses and help me improve. As well as developing my skills, I have lots of fun just enjoying the game of tennis. I am really glad that I restarted tennis. And I am especially glad that I was able to restart in private lessons with Coach Alex.”

The evidence is in: Exercise your brain for mental fitness

Question: I was recently reviewing the updated Web site, www.tennis-health.com, and was fascinated to read how playing tennis affects the brain. To me, this is yet another incredible reason to get people to our facilities and on our tennis courts. Would you please go into more detail on this?
Answer: I, too, have been fascinated by what the scientific community is discovering about the effects of exercise, interval training, and, in some specific cases, tennis, on the brain………..

The One-Handed Backhand: Renaissance or Farewell Tour?

There aren’t many things that rival the beauty of the Wimbledon grounds on a sunny summer day, except perhaps a world-class one-handed backhand. Tennis is, by its nature, an aesthetically pleasing game. It’s mesmerizing to watch pros’ feet dance along the baseline, keeping the beat of a rhythm all their own; to watch their strokes seamlessly transition from backhand to forehand and back again. It’s artistry in motion……….
